Welcome to Seal & Signature. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Notary Services, info products, and goods. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

- Goods: Physical items sold by Seal & Signature.
3. Notary Services
Seal & Signature offers notarization, certification, and authentication of documents in compliance with local regulations. Appointments are scheduled upon receipt of full payment.
4. Info Products
Our digital guides and templates are delivered via downloadable links after confirmation of purchase. Access is granted for personal or business use as specified at the time of purchase.
5. Goods
Physical items are shipped from our office at Swiss Federal Palace, Bundesplatz 3, 3005 Bern, Switzerland. Shipping times vary by destination.
6. Payment
Fees are displayed on our website and are due in full at the time of booking or purchase.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
7.1 Notary Services
Clients may request a cancellation or postponement of an appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund, less any third-party processing fees. Requests made within 48 hours may be subject to a processing fee of up to 20% of the service fee. We may grant a one-time date change at no extra cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled after 48 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable due to preparation and third-party scheduling commitments.
7.2 Info Products
Digital materials may be refunded within 14 days of delivery if you can demonstrate that the product was not accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact our team via Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
7.3 Goods
Physical items damaged in transit may be switchd or refunded within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, contact our team via Contact Form, providing order details and photos of the damage. Shipping costs for approved switches will be covered by Seal & Signature. For refunds, we will process the amount paid for the item within 10 business days after receiving the goods sent back in original condition.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
